Josh Martin is a 4th year PhD student in poetry. He’s had poems published in various journals, including Tupelo Quarterly, Nashville Review, Raleigh Review, Salamander, and elsewhere. His chapbook, Passing Through Meat Camp, was a finalist in the 2015 Jacar Press Chapbook Contest, and he was a finalist in the 2016 Nazim Hikmet Poetry Contest. When not teaching composition or writing, he enjoys street photography, under appreciated hip-hop groups, cookie cakes, and reading about ancient Roman history.
