Sarah Geil is pursuing a PhD in Rhetoric and Composition. She graduated from Shorter University with an honors bachelor degree in English, Psychology, and Liberal Arts and her MA degree from GSU. From working for a small publishing house to serving as a national representative for the interdisciplinary honor society Alpha Chi,Geil loves to see language in action. At Georgia State, Sarah served as an emerging scientist with the Urban Child Study Center. Her research interest blends psychology, rhetoric, and the power of words.
